After 2 days of frustrating attempts to reach the Morrow office, I was blessed that the phones rolled over to the Griffin location and my call was finally answered by Ms. Sarpong. She is the definition of excellent customer service. She patiently listened to our problems and assisted my mother in resolving her issue. I am forever grateful. This agency is fortunate to have an employee with such compassion and kindness. Thank you again for exceeding my expectations.
I spoke with a representative from the Griffin GA office. She was the rudest person I have spoken with for some time. I was astonished at her attitude. I am sure she does not enjoy answering the phone all day every day, but if it has become too much for her to handle perhaps she should find some other role. My issue was not addressed in any form. Unfortunately, I will have to call back and go through the same degrading process again in the near future. Truly sad.
