RecommendedI had called in November 2018 to make an appointment to discuss and possibly sign up for Social Security. The person on the phone at the 800 number was very helpful. I had my appointment on January 7, 2019. The guard at the door was very helpful. He told me what I needed to do. When I was called to window to confirm my appointment, the gentleman at the window was very helpful. When I got to the back for my appointment, Ms. Craig was efficient and answered all our questions. More than an hour waiting outside, with cold, many like me we had to go when someone told us that the line was only to go inside,there we would have to wait more. What a bad service, how bad is the location and the building.
