Don’t know how to do their job and get pissy when you correct them on their own mistakes, particularly not helpful for Native American people
They don't like to keep the appointments that they make. Zero response to voice messages left in week intervals then a couple days be for then the three 5 mins before appointment & in 2 more 15 mins apart then then two calls to main hotline they never call back if call drops. Second agent was just aight out rude & non understanding of ones' frustration. Zero ease of mind & trust message was received & understood. We had an appointment for 1:40pm, showed up here at 1:30 and they got us through early and without any problems and we were leaving a minute before our appointment! Definitely don't deserve the 3.2 rating they have!
This building is the biggest joke of all you can't put in the extension to get to leave a message and then it direction to everywhere else but the social security office building so I guess you're a fraud. And you can't leave messages on federal holidays that is stupid.
