I was appalled at the way we were treated. 12-22. We were the last of the day. The worker obviously wanted to get us out of there asap. I have severe anxiety and find it difficult to put sentences together. I tried to explain my situation but was cut off Everytime. As if to say your stupid and I need to get home! So shut up and do this and maybe things will work out.
Employees are rude and have no idea how to do their job. Or do know and just don't want to and tell you they can't do something bc they don't want to even when you show them they have to do it.
I was on the phone for almost 50 minutes and nobody tried to help me and they nobody wants to help you anymore. What’s the deal? It’s ridiculous. Everybody wants you to go online to do stuff.
