Dropped off opt out of Medicare letter and they never submitted it or put it in my case file...this office is a joke
On Monday August 25th at the New Philadelphia social security office, I was called up to "Window A" to conduct my business. While talking to the SSA employee the people waiting in the lobby (and who are checking in) can hear your whole conversation including when you tell the SSA employee your social security number and then again when you give him your banking information. Received my first SS deposit. I had questions and contacted the New Philadelphia office. My call was answered quickly. The agenct verified my identity and accessed my account. Although letters were sent to me in the mail from SSA, I had not received them yet. The agent reviewed my account and quickly answered all my questions. Total time to address my concerns was less than 10 minutes. Excellant service!!
