Received my first SS deposit. I had questions and contacted the New Philadelphia office. My call was answered quickly. The agenct verified my identity and accessed my account. Although letters were sent to me in the mail from SSA, I had not received them yet. The agent reviewed my account and quickly answered all my questions. Total time to address my concerns was less than 10 minutes. Excellant service!!

I reported my change to the social security administration the day after the change was made in April of 2024. On Saturday September 7 2024 I get a letter from a Mr. Andrew Wilsterman that stated we were recently notified of new address and people living in the household. Remind you I went into the New Philadelphia Ohio office and reported the change in April 2024. Where was Mr. Andrew Wilsterman for 5 months. This change was taken care of 5 months ago.
