The website clearly states that when they contact you initially, they will give you a questionnaire for 15 minutes. Instead, an unprofessional person asked me what I wanted, I told them and then they give me a sales pitch. They were then very condescending to me once I said I don’t have insurance and would have to rely on Medicaid. Unprofessional organization. Didn’t even call back after reaching out about testing for a child. Reached out twice. No response back. It has been two weeks too. Clearly not somewhere that will take care of your needs. Hope this helps someone else.
The therapists are all incredibly helpful and genuinely care about each and every client.
