Rude, unprofessional, over priced. Apartments are cheaply built. Violates fha and hud guidelines, created their own “service animal/esa policy” that is in violation of the fha and hud regulations, which after releasing updated guidelines more clearly lay out what an apartment complex are and aren’t allowed to do. Their comment on their “policy” is that it’s so strict because they are a “no dogs allowed properly” news flash guys: you don’t get to reject a service dog or an esa because of that.
