The staff was very kind and that’s never easy to find. It was late night I know they must’ve been tired but they were very positive and polite. The doctor also was very kind he explain everything well to me about my symptoms and made sure I was feeling ok to leave. Will recommend to family and friends!
I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to recognize Moe at the front desk. When I came in, there was an issue with my insurance that could have easily delayed my visit. Instead of just telling me there was a problem, he took the time to figure it out, explained what was going on, and helped get everything sorted out much faster than I expected. Visited this urgent care for the first time and had a great experience. The wait time was completely reasonable, and every staff member made sure I understood what was going on at each step. The facility was clean and well‑organized, which helped me feel comfortable right away. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained and how they listened. I’d definitely return if I need care again.
The Doctor Who saw was horrible she had no empathy did not care any other time. I go to urgent care for something I’m prescribed medication even if my test results come back negative. And they send it off to the lab this doctor refused to give me medication and made me suffer. I had to go to a new urgent care that I did over the phone who gave me my medication same day did not need to take a test for it told them my symptoms and they prescribed me and now I’m better things to them. I will never go to the spot ever again.
