These people are very unprofessional. Cali has customers (that happen to be her family; Jennifer Warner and Alexis Corban) that verbally attack unhappy customers on their personal page for their VERY poor experience and bad review. Hair and nails both looked terrible. Not to mention, Cali messaged one of her customers telling her she refuses to refund her money, although they did exactly what she asked them not to (turned her hair orange). Lisa Miller did an amazing highlight, color, and cut on me today. I'm more than amazed, and can't wait to go back. I'm always so picky and apprehensive when it comes to getting my hair done. Not only was she understanding, but so funny and professional. Thank you so much
RecommendedI'm very impressed with SoCal. Cali and her team work very hard to showcase their knowledge and expertise with cuts, styling and color. I've gotten a few haircuts and trims, many eyebrow waxes and a few all over color/highlights. I feel they are actually undercharging for their services with the amount of experience they have! Like with anything of good quality you get what you invest in - I'm happy to invest in SoCal and these ladies.
My experience today was phenomenal! I came in with patchy gray hair and was resurrected to a naturally blended hair color with highlights and low lights. An amazing transformation! My stylist was professional, listen to my concerns and what style I preferred and from my words.... she created a miracle! Thank you! Even had my eyebrows waxed!
They were nice but my two boys' hair cuts weren't blended well, two different stylists.
Cali is the only person I let touch my hair, she always does an amazing job and I never walk away upset with a turnout
