Placed order. Tried to contact company by phone and email to let them know i accidentally made a typo with regard to email address. Left message by phone, email to their Gmail bounced back saying that the mailbox was full. Charges were applied to my CC immediately after placing order. Had to call bank to dispute charges as there was 0 communication after numerous calls.
I am writing this review on behalf of a deeply frustrating experience with this company. The lack of communication and overall unfair treatment is appalling. It's astounding that they have time to post on Instagram but can't respond to important customer emails. As a customer, I find this completely unacceptable. Be extremely cautious when considering a purchase from this business, as they have proven to be unreliable and unresponsive. I would not recommend them to anyone. Horrible!!! Don't waste your time or money Ordered a gift for my son.. was never sent to me. Multiple emails and calls, no response Not worth the frustration and unfortunately in reading reviews this is common practice for this business. Shameful on their part- Go to eBay!
I ordered a glowing emblem from them, which they never delivered, and they don’t respond to any messages. Don’t order anything from here, because they’ve been scamming people for quite some time now. If you were scammed as well, initiate a chargeback and report them.
