SoCal mental health literally saved my life. I could name everyone by first name but that would literally be the whole staff lol. When I say they truly care please take it from me, This place will not let you down.

I felt very heard by all of the staff and they were very helpful to my needs. I would recommend this place to anyone, they have great facilities and the food is top tier. i had a very great stay and will definitely be applying myself in the alumni community to help out others that were once in my position. Socal Mental Health was very good to me. I was battling grueling cycles of depression and social anxiety that I've experienced my whole life before coming to SMH that has inhibited me from living a normal life or even just feeling comfortable in my own skin. While here, I was given in-depth knowledge of my mental illness and all the symptoms and negative thought processes that come with it, and strategies to combat them.
