I cannot recommend Jacob and his company SoCal Hydronics more highly. They saved my house! Two years ago, I bought a house with an outdated radiant heat (or hydronic) system. It was nearly impossible to have anyone fix it despite countless attempts. Finally, I found Jacob, who is a great person with the specialized know-how and confidence to overhaul the entire system. Great contractor for radiant heating and cooling in Southern California!
Jacob was such a refreshing personality when we were building our home. My husband was often traveling during our construction, so I was interfacing with most of the trades. He was always charming and explained the process respectfully and patiently. And of course, our radiant heat is phenomenal. My kids have allergies and our old house blew dust into those nasty tumbleweeds and my son would often have a bloody nose in the morning. None of these are issues with the new house!
