So I had to cancel and reschedule an appointment due to a client's request. The client then canceled on me the morning of the appointment. I called back to see if I could get the "old" appointment back. And I could! That helped me to make the best use of my time, and to ensure that Palm Springs Dental didn't lose money! They could not have been more gracious. Thanks!
