SoCal Airflow Pros bailed in ** before this major heatwave coming our way. Will avoid them like one avoids the "friend" that promises to be there and then doesn't know who you are when you call.I scheduled them at 6AM on Friday before a heatwave securing an appointment between 2 and 5PM. I later learned that they actually moved us to 5-7PM (no heads up whatsoever!). I called at 7:15PM as no one showed up between 2 and 5. Beware of using SoCal AirFlow Pros. They are shady at best. ***** came out & told me that our HVAC could not be repaired & needed to be replaced, including rerouting the refrigerant line because it had a leak (later the owner **** would say this may not have been the case). Terrible customer service. Had full system installed only to not have it work and workers leave premisses before i can return home to see completed work. Attempted to call their office only to get no live assistance or emergency after hours. They said it was bad circuit board in furnace but never got it fixed the day of and next day i call only to get promises that someone would fix it but i never got call from mgr or tech. This company deserves its 5 Star reviews. I have now had 4 experiences with someone from SoCal coming to my home for service. Here is how it began. I paid another company come out for a repair estimate. The technician indicated that my 17 year old AC needed about $2000 in repairs. Rather than repair, I asked for an estimate for replacement. Then i called SoCal Airflow, and Tyler arrived to give me an estimate for a new system. He asked if he could inspect the unit before giving me the new system estimate.
