Great program and excellent staff who goes out of their way to help everyone in all circumstances

I hands down love this place. This is the first time going through a recovery program and its been life changing for me so far. I was locked up in Charlotte NC and a close friend reached out to me while I was incarcerated and told me about the opportunity with SoBright and I accepted. This place lacks passion and professionalism from the top dog right down to the lying house manager. I watched the house manager smoke a cigarette and then turn around and tell the leadership he’s been free from nicotine for years. How I’m supposed to trust or respect this man?? They don’t care about the people that come and go. They are simply there to “support” (babysit) you for as long as your Medicaid will give them money and past that they could give a rift. The only good things about this program is Von and Timmy. My girlfriend and I were lied to from the start about everything. This caused her to lose her job and unable to see her kids as well as unable to get to appointments and getting medication. I was kicked out because my brother was sent to check on me and made a scene after someone spit on my forehead while I was sleeping.
