Couldn't recommend Dr. Sobawale enough! I had a rough pregnancy after a few losses and he watched me and baby very closely! Well mannered, listened to all the concerns we had and addressed them respectfully. When it was time to deliver he was very kind even though the indcution didn't go as hoped and ended in a C-section which was a good experience with him and his team. I had seen him before for other things and always a good experience. He will always be my OB that i request! So very thankful for such a great doctor.
Zero respect or honour for birth or woman. Causes pain and does not wait for consent. It's been almost 6 years since he "assisted" with my first birth. It's about time I left this review. Would never EVER recommend this "doctor" to care for any woman I know, friend or foe. I have not heard one good experience with him from any woman who's dealt with him in my life. I cannot give a positive one myself, so there's that. Poor bedside manner, cracks jokes about the amount of blood, noise, etc. zero good things to say.
I would never see him again. Completely dismissed me when I explained my pain and how long I've had it. Agreed to do a diagnostic laparoscopy. When he did my follow up all he said was you don't have endometriosis and said if you still have pain go see your family dr, then walked out of the room. I didn't get to ask any questions or have any of my concerns answered. I'm in so much pain all the time that I've decided to have a hysterectomy. Dr sobowale did my pap test than the camera one in my uterus. I thought after a few.days or even weeks I would feel better. But I'm 68 and javent wore a pad since I was 40 now everytime I bend over this smelly mucus light brown colored stuff come out. I called to go back to him to find out why the nurse called me back to say I needed a referral again. The rule is if it's under a year they have to see you again .
