My appointment was confirmed on three separate occasions (upon booking online, via text the day before, via text morning of). I arrived 5 minutes beforehand and told "I'll be just a few minutes," as a client was currently being worked on/with. I waited for another 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment and decided to walk out. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
Had a teeth whitening with Lechell and my results were amazing!
