I finally had enough and had to find a new pharmacy. Multiple reasons compounding over decade. No more 100 chances!
Ever since the reduced hours of the pharmacy I have found it very difficult to make it there after work from Halifax. But I understand.. Staffing shortages. What I can't accept is the absolute worst customer service I received tonight. I rushed to get there after work with 15 minutes to spare and was told that my prescription wasn't due to be refilled for another few weeks. Long line ups in the morning..1 cashier on... pharmacy has terrific pharmacists but they're assistant I found rude and ignorant..moved my business to a competitor..
Literally the worst place you could possibly go to do your groceries or even get a couple of items. There is never enough cashiers on the floor, the lineups are ridiculous. I've walked out and left all my stuff more then once.
The staff at the pharmacy are absolutely fantastic. It is actually a pleasure dealing with them everytime my wife or I have to.
