I dreaded looking for a new dentist. Don’tmisunderstand, I don’t have a problem going to the dentist. What I never look forward to is the administrative end, dealing with the office staff: calling to establish yourself as a new patient, scheduling the appointments, asking to be squeezed in sooner due to pain or discomfort. Then there’s hoping to have your concerns heard and addressed by the clinical staff and not being made to feel rushed, like you’re an annoyance because, after their explanation, you have more questions. My parents and our family have been going here forever. They truly remember you and take care of you. I recently had a last minute dental emergency and cannot praise them enough for how wonderful and helpful they were.
The staff members are kind and friendly. They help you feel comfortable while in the office. The health care they provide is wonderful. I highly recommend Grand Dental!
