Professional and friendly
The office is so friendly both in personnel and appearance. The waiting room is like sitting in someone’s living room. Very comfy and pretty this time of year with a fireplace and a Christmas tree. Dr Williamson and her staff were so warm and welcoming. Most important very professional.
If you’re not a big fan of going to the dentist, this may change your perception. They’re great. Professionalism, quality of care, office atmosphere and they’re painless! State of the art equipment - nothing not to like. A high recommend.
I have been a patient at Grand Dental Arts for more than 20 years, and I have yet to find anything to complain about........not even one, little thing !! LOL Love the people who work there! They are professional in every way, yet always make you feel like an old friend when you walk in.
Who likes going to the dentist?? But, at least I know when I walk in everyone is going to be freaking pleasant, I don’t dread going, my next appointment is booked at the end , and if I have to cancel I’m put on a cancellation list. Then I receive texts with every new availability. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!

When you first arrive the office staff let’s you know your waiting status. When they are ready for you, the technician will come and meet you then escort you to your chair. When the technician is done with you the doctor comes in to perform the specific work. Throughout the entire visit everyone is pleasant and friendly.
I am an OLD MAN and all of my teeth are mine. I attribute that to good genes, good luck and good dentistry with an emphasis on the latter. My previous long-term dentist recommended Grand Dental upon his retirement 4 years ago. I remain a dedicated Grand Dental patient even though they are not in my network and I pay extra for the privilege. The quality of care is worth it.
Very understanding especially when you have to cancel Girls work their best to get you in. Comfortable and efficient atmosphere.
