Way too many 5 stars as it appears they bots to look good on Google. I asked today when they take a look at my car, that they need to look at another thing and was told by the receptionist “when you come in you can tell them yourself”. Their phone etiquette leaves a whole lot to be desired, especially if the person calling is a paying customer. Now, that I have continued to come in….their service is good, Nicole has a great attitude and is positive, but I understand we all have bad days….I’m so not perfect. Since stating the... read more
