Paul started his service call with an offer to wear shoe covers. We were immediately impressed. His knowledge of our appliance was also impressive. He found the issue and resolved it without wasted time. He also had the patience to answer all our questions about what he was doing. It was actually a very pleasant experience. Very pleased with company's service. The office was very professional when I called for information and make an appointment. We had two appliances and an HVAC system with problems. John L was our technician. He called before arriving during the designated time frame. He quickly found the problems, ordered the parts and installed them promptly. Will definitely use this company again.
Dishwasher needed a new control panel. Paul M. was our repairman. Very professional. Will hire the company again for any appliance repairs needed.
