Took $100 from me due to cleaning fees at move out, when we left the place clean. Also if anyone is smoking cigarettes through the vents at your apartment they will just tell you to put a plastic bag over your vent. They don't know how to choose good property managers ans have bad solutions to problems. If you think you're going to get a cleaning deposit back you wont so just realize you'll be losing $100 upon move out
Been renting from Eastmore since July 2019. Since then, only great experiences. Great service. Friendly, quick and efficient. Maintenace request are done within a day or two. Landlord is great as well. Would def. reccomend renting from Eastmore!
