I began my first class in February of 2025, saw this studio on line and thought yep this might work for me. I’m still here and not going any place else. Elizabeth is a fabulous instructor and the class is quite the cardio and I’m not looking back. You need to try this class I think you will find your family here the ladies there are very welcoming. Relaxed atmosphere to enjoy your work out

Had the best experience here. Took my first class this morning. Elizabeth walked me through all the movements. Such a fun workout. So excited to come back and make this my regular workout studio.

I love this studio and everything about it. The owner is committed, the folks that work out are welcoming and encouraging- I tried so many things and left feeling less than — not so here. I have found my place and my path to fitness

Worst experience I've ever had at a "fitness" studio! On Jan 3, I joined the waitlist for the Beginner's Class on Saturday, Jan 25th at 9am and paid the $26 fee. I received email confirmation of my purchase and of being added to the waitlist. On Jan 7, I received another email confirming that I'd been added to the class. Today, Jan 25th, I arrived to the class only to be told by the instructor (Owner too I believe) that I'd been bumped from the class, with no notice, so that she could accommodate a birthday party.
