It was definitely an experience…it was fun at first but I expected something way different as seen on different social medias. The instructor didn’t pay much attention to me as a beginner. My crotch also really hurts and is irritated from the bungee straps. It really digs into your crotch.
Awesome experience! It was my first time, and the instructor was incredibly friendly, patient, and encouraging with both me and our group. The introduction was clear, the atmosphere was clean and refreshing, and most importantly, it honored God. I can’t wait to come back! 💕
I have been doing bungee wirh Elizabeth for 2.5 years. I am 70 years old and I do 3 classes a week in the summer, and 4 classes a week in the winter. This is a great workout for older people. It helps, core, balance and cardio! Give it a try, it is a true workout!
I visit St Augustine because it’s where my BFF lives. When I can I come with her for a bungee class. It’s so much fun, I am grinning the entire class…and they call it exercise 😆
