Great fun, both relaxing and a full body workout. It was a very peaceful trip down the river. Staff was very nice. Will definitely be going again next year.

Beautiful and serene environment to do kayaking, upstream of the river was good enough to float in the water.
This was the best activity to do on a Thursday afternoon, or any day for that matter. We did a half day adventure and it only makes us want to do the full day. Its so calming and you are truly able to paddle at your own pace. Only a few exciting spots that are clearly marked so you have plenty of time to paddle out of the way of overhanging trees. Its really nothing to worry about if you do get caught up. A fun activity for any age! Highly recommend!
The inflatable ‘canoes’ were unwieldy & took a lot of joy out of the trip. I would have done much better with a pole than a kayak paddle. We had fun regardless so it’s three stars instead of two!

We had a fun day on the river, taking along our 10-year-old Labrador. The last hour of paddling brings out everyone’s true colors. :) One person in our group said that they’d pay extra for someone with a trolling engine on a boat to come tow us in. The equipment is in good shape, and RRA offers dry bags and coolers for no additional charge.
