Absolutely a zero for a review. My car was damaged and the left me holding a 300$ balance. And just getting them to pay what they did was like pulling teeth. No help from the manager or district manager. And good luck with the main number, it's directed to somewhere in NY where the nice lady is obviously trying to do damage control for the lack of professionalism. Canceled our fast passes, only going back to hopefully get them to cover the rest of the bill they stuck me with. I won't hold my breath...
Very helpful. I have the unlimited, good deal. There is micro fiber towels to use and all kinds of cleaners to use FREE. I just went to soapy joes in oxford WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS, NO TOWELS,NO CLEANERS AND PRICEY.
