I had a prepaid confirmed appointment for 1030am on Saturday the 19th. At 1045 I called to confirm someone was coming and had to leave a message. No call back. I called back at 1100 am and left another message. Again no call back. at 1130am I emailed the main email, still never got a reply. This was the worst experience I've had. I'm having to dispute the charges and as of today no one has called me back. NEVER use this company. Horrible!
Got a Groupon to try to use this cleaning service. I left several phone messages and wrote four separate emails trying to book the service. They ended up not being available on the day I needed and did not call back to reschedule. The lack of communication is super unprofessional and I found the entire process incredibly inconvenient.
Horrible. This must be fake reviews. First the person was an hour late. Then she had to leave early and they promised me someone at 8 a.m. I came back home and absolutely nothing Is done and then she was hesitant about giving me my deposit back! Fake reviews are fake don’t go here
The person that came to my house did a fantastic job. Great attention to detail. Would genuinely recommend.
