Horrible experience, we showed up late for our appointment even offered to pay for the time. The girl who was suppose to groom our dog LISA was on her phone mean mugging super rude and glaring when it was an honest mistake. The lady helping us didn’t seem to care too much. So we called back to talk to someone who cared..and to top it all off it was the owner the whole time. It was very unprofessional cussing over the phone. RecommendedThis spot is great for self wash. Friendly staff that are good about helping when needed, but are also willing to give you space to do your thing if you prefer. The prima bathing system they have is fantastic and really gets a dog clean down to the skin. It's so nice to come in, use great tools, then leave with a clean dog and no mess to deal with.
