Great place, great value, giant waiting area and very friendly staff. I have been to all the hand washes in town and I like this place the best.
This is my number one place! I refuse machine washes as they mess up your car. Amazing hand wash... Great facility... Clean... Good prices... Buyer card to get free washes. Very impressed.
The process was pretty simple: Pull Up, Hand Keys Over, Pay at the Counter, and Wait. The manager was friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and comfortable. The workers were fast, friendly, and very thorough with their job (I don't know how much they get paid or regularly tipped, but it should really be doubled whatever it is).
Nice management and they do a good job. Great place. The service is friendly and polite, and the product is great. They have by far the nicest waiting area to relax in while you wait for your car and free WIFI. I love this place and will come again and again
by far the best wash in town, every time i come here my experience is absolutely wonderful. the prices are extremely reasonable for the amount of work they have to do to my car so all in all i just love the place
Excellent service every time I come here. There isn't a car wash in Houston that uses the three bucket or two bucket wash method like Soap does. If you are a car enthusiast just as the owner of Soap is, then you know your car is in good hands.
the staff provides a very thorough and detailed wash. I've never left unsatisfied. the waiting room is spacious and comfortable and there's always fresh brewed coffee offered. I've lived in houston my entire life and have frequented dozens of hand car washes but this is easily my favorite in recent memory. no one else comes close to providing the same amount of service for the price as soap
I'm real happy this location opened recently. I was a repeat customer at the Richmond store but this one is only a 3 minute ride from my house which is great. the customer service and washes are just as good as the ones at the Richmond , which is saying something. knowledgeable staff and a great wash team. if you're looking for a great hand car wash for a reasonable price, definitely check out soap
i have been coming to this car wash since i moved here from the east coast. I have tried others and have not been happy with the quality of the wash or the staff at other locations, i even watched as an employee tried to wash my car with a sponge that fell on the ground. i will not go anywhere else other than SOAP Hand Car Wash now. i dont mind a bit of a wait or a dollar more for good quailty.
