I have a mini van and it is difficult for a lot of places to get it clean properly in regards to the inside windows where the doors slide open. Soap always does a great job. I am very impressed with the quality of work they perform. And the customer service is just amazing! They are always very friendly.
I have read the reviews on here and sounds like some people hate. I have been to both locations several times and have been satisfied. I think SOAP has done a good job. My car always comes out clean and they do a thorough job. I will continue to go as long as this continues.
I believe there is a new girl behind the counter, not sure if she is new but I have never seen her in here before. She was so polite and helpful, she greeted me at my car with a smile, and never lost that smile, I wasn¿t quite sure what I needed to get done to remove some things from my car, she offered me suggestions with detail, I also saw her outside checking my car in the drying stages and even picked up a rag and cleaned whatever it was herself that i assume the men had missed... this is great customer service and I am ... read more
The price is right for what you get, the type of materials they use are high quality, I had them walk me through the process of what they do, and to my surprise they really take care of what they use on your car. Their rags are cleaned multiple times daily; they use different rags for different things. Other than this, the waiting room is big; they have a television, kid¿s waiting room and a friendly staff.
I was driving by the soap hand car wash on shepherd yesterday so I decided to give it a try... my experience here was probably the best I have ever had, from the time I stepped out of my door to the time I left! The manager was extremely nice, overly helpful as far as getting done exactly what i wanted to my car. This place has done nothing but satisfy me! Yes, sometime they will miss a spot here and there, but if you want something done about it, say something, they will be happy to fix it for you. Why go off and post negative reviews when you¿re the idiot that didn¿t say anything. I am not a family friend, worker, or relative, I am a loyal customer.
I usually get my car washed at splash car wash on shepherd, but here recently I have been very disappointed in their washes. The last 2 times I have been there it has been horrible. In your car wash right down the street and that it was fairly new so I wanted to give you a try... The greeters are friendly and knowledgeable the wash was a fair price and the quality was excellent. This place offers free Wi-Fi free, free coffee, big screen TV, and a comfy waiting area with tons of magazines. They also have tables so, like me, if you are on your lunch break you can scoop up some lunch eat and get your car washed while you do so. I got the supreme and the wax job was flawless. My car shined like it was brand new.
I love this carwash. They do a great job for only $30 I get the whole inside clean. They use high pressure air to get that junk that falls in between my seat and console that my hand cannot get to. My car comes out looking brand new every time. The workers and staff are so friendly. They even do a great job waxing and using clay bar to get all that pollution and dust that can ruin your paint.
