In 2009, we set out to create a car wash and car detailing service that would give the Houston community a place to go for a high-quality, eco-friendly, full service interior and exterior vehicle cleaning. We use a three-bucket system that keeps dirt and debris off our mitts and that means it won't have the chance to scratch your car's paint. Worst car wash experience ever. They take your money and don’t do their job. Car was “done” and all the windows inside were dirty. Instead of vacuuming the inside, they blow air leaving the interior worst than the way I brought it in. The outside had soap streaks all over. I asked for my money back and i was told that they couldn’t do that because there was no manager on site.
On 3/17, I waited nearly 90 minutes for an executive wash and upon inspection of my car there were still bugs on the windshield, handprints on the door handles, water spots and drips in several places, rows of dirt along the back bumper and easy to rub out stains on the interior of the driver's side door. For $40, this was the worst car wash I have ever had. I spent nearly 20 minutes re-cleaning my car upon returning home. I will not be a return customer. Soap Car Wash has zero concern about the quality and professionalism of their work. Mine is probably not a common problem, but they actually damaged my vehicle. I get it--these things do happen, but they actually took no responsibility for the damage and refuse to review their security footage. Even if I were to ignore the damage done, the overall quality of the wash was bad. I tend to wash my own car, but the exterior had been super filthy, between the pollen and bird poop. � � Jesus was very friendly and professional. The hand-carwash and service was very good!
Rather wipe my own ass with $75 then flush it into the ecosystem.
