“The owner of this establishment is unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful, tactless, hasn’t the slightest clue of what conflict resolution entails & is a total con artist. Her policies & procedures are beyond suspect & shady. She communicates with hatred & entitlement as if patrons OWE her their patronage.” Her sales tactics are fraudulent and there are hidden fees.
