Made a appointment to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted super excited. When I went in the person wasn't there and no one knows what's going on .I called hoping for a referral to another girl or something if I was to not show up to the appointment I would be charged .So what happens when it's the other way around .I got told pretty much not their problem she's an independent contractor.Try show aloha thought you was soaking in it
Since it was my very first time, I was a bit nervous of what to expect. From the moment I set foot in The Spot, I was welcomed with friendly faces as if I’ve been a client for years. Xavia did an OUTSTANDING job on my lashes and got the style I like down just by the few pictures I showed her. She and her entire team are the definition of the aloha spirit. AMAZING! I would give 10 stars if I could! Xavia is incredible!! I got my lashes done (looks phenomenal), green laser and Em-slim therapy (I'm down a few pounds after just a few weeks!! and it continues over time!!), and RF microneedling and nano-needling. Xavia puts her all into everything she does and her team is friendly and awesome! Just wanted to say not only did xavia go out her way to fit me in and totally had an amazing environment for me n my lil guy but she did wonderful work too!! I can’t wait to go back for my fill and other services!! The name fits perfectly!!! So just wanted to say Ty Ty again for my lashes !!
I got a walk in haircut from Jennifer and it was amazing! She was very friendly and communicative about what I wanted and what she was doing. I also got my hair washed (which came with a scalp massage too) and then she dried and styled my hair. I walked out with exactly what I wanted and all for a very reasonable price!
