Peaceful, relaxing, centering. Float away your problems. Empty your mind and let your body recharge. This was my first time and I will definitely be going back. Best release of pain for my back yet.
I suppose it's not the staff's fault that I hated it. But no, I don't recommend it. Stung like hell, stuffy, like a torture chamber. I'm honestly jealous reading all the rave reviews, it certainly convinced me to try it out, but it hurt really bad, the water was lukewarm, like the same temp as the stuffy air, smelled really bad, got on my face and in my eyes, just stung like hell, my whole body. I wasn't freshly shaven. Left feeling stupid and more anxious than before

I was impressed with how thorough they were. I felt at ease with the staff who walked us through our room. The owners really understand float tanks and their benefits. Very accessible personnel if there are any questions.
For many years I have thought about doing this and what it would feel like, the experience was mild but the feeling of relaxing in a way that made my entire body feel loose like a noodle was incredibly exhilarating, I look forward to trying it again.
I've definitely seen improvement in the chronic pain I've dealt with for three decades ~ I'm a huge fan and repeat customer!
