Wow!! I knew I wanted to try this and wasn't exactly sure what to expect!! It is a little strange to get settled for the first 5-10 minutes, but once you just relax and enjoy it, it is really incredible! You have to try it and you can enjoy it on your own comfort level. Light on or off. (You will want the light off once you get comfortable). You might get a little sleep! Give it a try as soon as you can! Everyone there is so helpful and friendly!! Exactly what we need!!! Thank you! I will be back!!
