When SO THAI first opened and advertised authentic Thai massage, I was very excited. I have visited many times before and always have good experiences… but recently my massage experiences have been very disappointing. It feels like the business is urgently hiring staff, and some therapists seem to have little to no proper experience. Today, the therapist who treated me stepped on my calf to climb onto the bar, which was already painful. She then repeatedly pressed directly on my bones with her elbow. Honestly the best massage spa in Brisbane. All of the staff including the receptionist are so accommodating and kind . I had Kara for the first time today for my remedial massage and she was PHENOMENAL. She intuitively found every sore spot and area I was having issues with and it’s probably been my best massage with So Thai yet .
