I was VERY disappointed with the cupcakes that I ordered. The design was completely unrecognizable and messy. I had to pick up the order an hour before I needed to leave for my event (as they aren't open on Mondays). When I got them home, I called the owner and he didn't stand behind his work at all. The customer service was horrible. He told me that I could bring them back for a refund, which would have then left me with nothing to take to my party. So Cupcake is amazing! Last year for our son's Star Wars themed birthday party, they decorated his cupcakes as Star Wars characters without hesitation and at no extra cost. They are fabulous to work with!
Natalie and the Saturday afternoon crew were amazing! My three year old son and his friends had a blast and Natalie ran everything so smoothly. Planning a birthday party can be so stressful but So Cupcake made it SO easy. Definitely recommend them for birthday parties (as well as a yummy treat)!

It's the only time there is discord here in our shop, when we are fighting over our favorite flavors!
We just had our daughter's 4th birthday party there and I couldn't be more happy with how great it all went down. The owner took charge, we got a bakery tour, crown and cupcake decorting, as well as a story. She was organized, professional and personable. The cake they made was delicious and beautiful!
