just fantastic!! my son went to a Birthday party there tonight and had an absolute blast! they got to tour the facility, decorate their own cupcakes, have a story read to them and at the end they got a free cupcake to take own. great customer service. great entertainment. and fantastic treats!!
I had ordered cupcakes for two special birthday parties. There was an issue with the order. Somehow, the order was lost. This snafu was discovered on the morning of the same day I was suppose to pickup the order. Sarah (the manager) and Natalie (the owner) were able to fix the issue quickly and deliver beautifully decorated and delicious cupcakes that were devoured at my son’s 5th birthday and my husband’s surprise birthday party. Thank you ladies for the amazing customer service.
Highly recommend! We used these guys for cupcakes for my sister's birthday and we loved them so much we decided to have them make us a cake for my son's birthday. Best. Cake. Ever!!! Delicious chocolate cake with fudge filling and decorated to perfection! I sent pics of ideas and they totally just ran with it and made it so much more adorable than even the pics I sent. Labor Day weekend on Saturday the 31st I’m driving, very much in a hurry to get to So Cupcake before the close at 7 pm. I arrive at 6:54 pm open sign on so I walk in only to be told we’ve put the cupcakes away. As we are getting ready to leave out walks the lady with a BIG tub of cupcakes and puts them in her car. Now I don’t know where they were going but I would have gladly payed for a few of them. If you stay open til 7 then do that and then close and lock the doors and then pack up the leftover cupcakes.
BEST CUPCAKES EVER!! Wow wow wow the frosting and cake are perfectly paired. The red velvet cream cheese is the best one I’ve had in my life. They have so many unique flavors, you can get something for everyone! Key lime, Oreo, etc. It’s honestly the best cupcakes in Utah. 😍😍😍😍
So Cupcake is absolutely phenomenal!! Their cupcakes never cease to amaze my family and I. We always order dozens for our events. They’re so tasty, the different frostings on each one is seriously to die for! The cupcake to frosting ratio is truly perfect.
