RecommendedReceived the fall box today and it is full of such great items! Many of which I would not have chosen but after reading the short description of each item that the chic team included I am so glad to have! Can’t wait for the next one!
I purchased an AirPod skin cover while they were closed. Unfortunately, I opened the case to use it and it did not fit because I had the AirPod pros. I immediately messaged and they were happy to take my return. I tried to return it today and they would not except the return because there was a tear in the box. This is was not made clear anywhere and I am very disappointed, especially since I had about $100 worth of items to purchase on the counter. Just a heads up.

I really enjoy shopping in the store, they have such a cute assortment of goods! I have also ordered online, and also had a good experience with that.
I recently moved out of state and the gift I ordered for my mom for Mother's Day never shipped. I called up Sara from So Chic the day before Mother's Day and asked if she would be able to put together a gift last minute for my mom. Sara immediately replied that she would love to help and within just a few hours, she out together a variety of perfect gifts for my mom. I recently placed a order and selected curbside pick up. Loved the whole experience. I was looking for a small gift for teachers that I work with to gift them for the end this crazy school year. The selection of cute teacher themed things was amazing and I was able to find the perfect notepad for each teacher. I also picked a cute recipe box for myself. I live about an hour away from the store but the drive was so worth it! Thanks for always being so real and positive on Instagram! 💕💕

Positively support this business. My experiences here have always been excellent. Recently I contacted them 24 hours before my daughters 21st birthday. With the quarantine going on, her celebration as we planned it was cancelled. So Chic came through for me in an instant and made her day perfect. They were even willing to drop off my order if needed. Way to run a business. Thankful! ❤️🙏
Just absolutely love this place!! I just did a FaceTime shopping experience with Sara and it was wonderful! She really goes above and beyond for her customers. Her efforts to support her customers, especially during this time of uncertainty is remarkable.
