So-Cali is consistently fresh and delicious. I met the owners on my first visit and they are amazing and very friendly. They truly care about the quality of their food and customer satisfaction. My favorite and go to are the Shrimp Tacos and Carne Asada tacos. Both are so fresh and have great seasoning/taste. You really can’t go wrong with anything you order. The owners rapport with their customers and delicious food make this a place I like to dine at once a week!

I completely respect hard-working employees and understand long days happen. The issue isn’t staff being tired — it’s a business advertising hours to customers and then closing early without notice. Customers plan, drive over, spend money, and support your business based on those posted hours. Being frustrated about that doesn’t make someone ‘disrespectful.’ Respect goes both ways. A simple apology and better communication would’ve gone a lot further than trying to publicly shame a customer for being disappointed.

5/12/2026 OMG! Bean burrito rose from $3.99 to $7.49, did beans go up price that much? 12/2024 Socali, what happenned? Why is the fish burrito now $13. I know it's been about a year, but fish burrito was about $7.50 (maybe more with tax). It's not just inflation, something is wrong here. The fish burrito and tacos are my favorite, my wife's fav are the carne asada tacos. San Diego-Mexican style food is some the best .
