I really wanted to like this gym since it's the most convenient for all-star cheer, but the experience was a mess. The owner fueled drama between kids and parents instead of handling conflicts professionally, even gossiping about other families. Billing was chaotic — after weeks of trying to fix errors, she charged my card without permission. Love this gym! My daughter started going there 2 years ago and found her love for cheer. She found a supportive community that helped her grow as an athlete and slowly became like family. The owner is always willing to go out of her way for the kids and makes sure the staff is vetted and certified to teach the skills/ classes they are teaching. Highly recommend.

So I normally don’t write reviews, but after my daughter‘s first season in cheer I felt the need to. My daughter was not experienced in cheer, but we came to Thunder and because of the coaches and the staff she excelled extremely fast. I am very thankful for The communication because I being a new cheer mom was pretty lost. My daughter will now be going to Edison high school to cheer while having experienced a great group, a Team that encourages each other and training that she probably would not have gotten anywhere else. Normally, I refrain from posting reviews online. But I feel the need to alert other parents about this business. While the facility is large and the pitch is convincing, the business struggles with disorganization, lack of transparency, poor communication, inexperienced coaches, and limited oversight from the owner. The sign up process is peculiar as there are no fees or tuition posted on the website, flyers, or even on the check out cart on the payment portal. There are no policies or procedures posted, either.
