Making the appointment was unnecessarily difficult. They want you to only communicate via text messaging with them. They asked us to send a picture of our hairs before we can even go there which was a bit strange by itself. Eventually they gave my Mom an appointment for about 3 weeks later which is longer than what she normally has to wait for her doctor appointments!!!
