I was in need of a local, experienced appraiser and gave this outfit a try. The appraiser was on time, appropriately dressed, and was very professional. He took the time to help me understand what was needed in the report, and why it was needed. The report he provided to my attorney was exactly what was needed. Although I hope Ill never need an appraiser again, if I do, Ill certainly be calling him again!
