Extremely disappointed with the lack of action and accountability from this HOA. For months, my neighbors and I have been dealing with a highly disruptive resident who has a documented history of domestic violence and child abuse. Despite multiple formal complaints, supported by clear evidence of violations (including noise and conduct violations), the HOA has failed to act. We’ve reached out numerous times with specific violation codes and even submitted photo and video proof, but nothing has been done to resolve the issue.... read more
Watch out for this management company. In our Association, they don't play by rules. They don't follow CC&Rs equally through the community. They use Selective Enforcement. In fact we received a violation, and was only given 6 days to paint our house during rain and bad weather. Ken the manager gave us a violation for more than what the CC&Rs state. They let the board selectively and arbitrarly enforce rules. We also can't get approval for an extension to having to paint. We can't get any reasons for why we're getting fined, ... read more
