Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes

The waiting room chairs were in average condition. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
