We have had a service contract with Snyder for several years. When its time for service they call and schedule a visit. The technicians are prompt and courteous. Mike Sarka was the tech who serviced our unit the last time. He was very knowledgeable and did a super job. I highly recommend their service. Dennis Bieneman
i.e., A lOur experience with Snyder Heating and Air has been a very positive one. They installed the air handling system in our old house and it never gave us a problem. We needed to call a service company last summer and immediately thought of Snyder. They came out, fixed the problem and, at our request,installed a new thermostat.
The replace my fan motor and did not tighten the blade set screw in tight enough that it came loose at the end of warranty and scared the copper tubing.
They installed an Amana Unit not even 2 years ago and yet again it is not working, over a dozen service calls and we still don't have a reliiable heat pump system. Every time they are here they have another excuse why it isn't working correctly. The technicians contradict each other and always try to blame it on us or something else we have to do. Absolutely terrible company! It took them hours to return our call over the weekend then the guy was terribly rude and condescending. He treated me like I am an idiot. And guess what... they wouldn't even come out! Their website says 24x7 but that is a lie. We called Air McCall, they showed up in short order, fixed our unit, explained what they were doing and then didn't charge us a dime in overtime. Now Air McCall IS one of america's best companies. I wouldn't waste my time with Snyder.
