Please I am writing to report abuse. Synder Equipement sold me an equipment For 75000$ and the equipment is not operational from drop off delivery. Even the driver noted upon delivery. Now they block all our calls and are not responding to us anymore. This is unfair to deceive small farmers like this . I will need them to respond to me ti send someone out here in houston to figure out what is wrong with the equipment. Mrs Bailey , John the sales man is not answering our calls. Very poor Equipements , non operational after delivery. Non recommended to buy Synder equipments if you are not a mechanic. After sales they block your number because they know what they sold to you is bad . If you cannot drive to the lot to test the equipment, Don’t buy
Was great until bought out by New York Airbrake. Then they cut all bonuses, overtime, and some great benefits. Not the place it used to be with the original owner. They treat you like a number now.
