I have had several root canals done at multiple places, this was the most pleasant experience I have had with an Endodontist. It was nice to have the doctor believe me when I brought up concerns about needing more anesthetic. :)
I had a root canal on April 27. Dr. Minh Snyder was excellent. My abscessed tooth was under a dental bridge. Dr. Snyder was able to drill into the back of it without damaging the bridge. She administered the injections of novocaine with no pain to me at all! I was extremely anxious about the procedure, but Dr. Snyder explained everything she was about to do, and what to expect along the way. I could not be more happy with my experience today.
I was very unhappy with the service I received here. I had a root canal and less then a week later part of my tooth fell out. I tried to call several times to report this, left a message and even called the emergency line and left a message and nobody ever called me back. Very bad service!! I will not be going back.
Both Periodontist and dentist described Dr. Snyder as "wonderful." She is that in every way. I also appreciated her dental assistant Danelle - Very professional.
Great job, very friendly staff.
