I roll up into this place thinking I'm walking into the torture chamber. Greeted by an extremely pleasant receptionist, "Hello, welcome to Snyder Endodontics." she said. "Hello, I am here for the pain." I said. "We don't have any of that here." I walk into the procedure room. Scared out of my mind. Comforted by Danelle, I choose to stay and face the drill. "Quick and easy" she says. I sit in the chair, Danelle takes an X-Ray. Minh walks in. I make a stupid joke about being scared and she eas

Save your money and your mouth! Worst experience I have ever had and that was just the consultation. Staff and Dr. Were rude, condescending and inexperienced. Glad I left when I did, found an amazing dentist and surgeon! Dodged a bullet! It was an awful experience and it was just a 15 min consultation!

Her hair was lose and fell in my face, while my mouth hung open. I did not appreciate the diva attitude or judgement for my needing a root canal. I felt my pain was being completely ignored. I would not recommend Dr. Snyder. I walked out in tears.

This was my first root canal. Dr. Snyder & her staff were very friendly & professional. She was good to explain the process before & during, as well as what I needed to do to follow-up & provided typed instructions. The whole process was painless, including the Novocaine injections. I called later for clarification regarding the temporary filling & received friendly, clear-cut response by the office person. Thanks
