Synder and Associates was hired by the city of Council Bluffs water works to be the engineer on the water main replacement at Wendy Heights Road neighborhood, the engineer in charge is Elizabeth Hunter, who in return hired Carley construction to do the job. Carley construction left my yard in shambles for 10 months or more that has caused a wall attatched to my driveway major damage. We've called this company 4 times trying to get a surveyor out to provide our property line. They can't even uphold their communication. It's like no one wants to work anymore.
Only company out of four that did not try to take advantage of me.
