Had no problems taking my money! Never was able to gain access to my paid for unit and customer service is a broken record of “Ill contact management “ never returned any promised phone calls. I never leave google reviews for anything however I have never had such a horrible experience with a company in my life. Don’t waste your money with this company. I will file a dispute for my money since you never held up your agreement. Get better at customer service or close the doors
Got a storage unit here for som things I needed out the way till I could sell. But never used the space and tried to cancel ten days like they said and they told me they were gonna charge me another month and I’d have to call back after ten days to confirm cancellation. I’ve not even used the unit. Yet I’m having to pay for two months. Don’t rent from here
If I could give this place a zero I would. The entrance gate doesn’t close there’s no pin pad for only renters to access, ANYONE CAN ACCESS!! There’s rat traps everywhere but no bait in them so the rats get inside the units and nest n tear up your stuff. The tin ceiling leaks where they put nails in ruining ur items. The property is not maintained regularly there’s trash throughout the area. I had two friends units rummaged through and their stuff destroyed. The security cameras look fake or from the 80s.
