Great ice cream, Good-to-okay food, Weird service After Snuffy's was voted one of the best burger joints in the Twin Cities by the Twin Cities' annual restaurant magazine, I had to try it. I wasn't that impressed with the burgers, to be honest, especially not after having read about their being (almost) the best in the entire Twin Cities region. They WERE good.
